At Playphone.om, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery of products across the Sultanate of Oman. Our delivery services are designed to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.
1. Free Delivery on Orders Over OMR 20
We offer complimentary delivery on all orders exceeding OMR 20 within Oman. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and payment confirmation. Deliveries are handled in collaboration with trusted local courier partners.
2. Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed outside of standard working hours (Friday or public holidays) will be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons or government-declared holidays, slight delays may occur.
•
Currently, we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address within Oman city limits.
3. Delivery Times
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Oman (Muscat, interior regions, or remote areas) and the courier service used. Although we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we actively monitor all shipments and coordinate with our delivery partners to ensure timely arrival.
